  • What forms of identification can be used to verify my registration

The business ID can be 2 of any of the following:

  • Business card or company letterhead
  • Invoice from gift supplier
  • Business registration documents
  • Company credit card
  • Company order book
  • Company cheque book
  • Domain name on email or website (if provided prior to the Fair)

 

The personal ID can be 1 of any of the following:

  • Drivers licence
  • Passport
  • Photo credit card
  • What is my username and password

Each registered visitor has their individual username and password.

This information was automatically sent to the contact email address you registered with.

If you are a new visitor you would have received the email upon completion of the registration form.

If you are a previous visitor to the Fair you would have received the email once you verified your registration details.

  • I have lost/deleted the email with my login details

If you have lost your login details please enter your email address in the 'Lost Password' box and hit the button 'Find Password'.

Your login details will be resent to you.

Please note this information is sent to the email address that you have registered with. 

(If you have changed your email address and have forgotten your login details you will need to send through your new contact email address to info@giftfairs.co.nz)

  • I cannot remember the contact email address I registered with

When using the  'Lost Password' function you need to enter the contact email address that you registered with. If you enter a different email address it will not be found on our database.

If you cannnot remember your contact email address please email info@giftfairs.co.nz

  • How do I submit ID for verification

Simply reply to the automated email, attaching your business and personal ID to the email.
Alternatively, fax your email + ID to our team on 09 379 3358.

As this is a trade only buying system, only valid trade visitors will only be allowed to gain access to order.

A minimum value of orders will be determined by each wholesaler.

If you have not attended a gift fair in the past two years, please complete our online registration. As Gift Trader is a website exclusively available to bonafide wholesale buyers, ID verification is required. Please confirm acceptance of the terms and conditions below and complete the online registration form. You will automatically be sent a registration confirmation email with information regarding the ID you must submit to validate your registration. Complete registration will also grant you access to the all three NZ Gift Fairs trade events free of charge.

Please note: your registration will provide a total of 6 months access to Gift Trader prior to attending a NZ Gift Fairs event. To maintain access after this period, attendance at a minimum of 1 NZ Gift Fairs event every 18 months will be required.

2 forms of business and 1 form of personal ID are needed to complete your registration request.
